Add a Custom Message To The Welcome Screen

Hi friend....
i am here with a new trick ....
you can put a custom message in welcome screen of windows xp and windows 7
just go to start menu and search regedit
now open it and click on collapse button of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE than software

now click on microsoft

 now click on windows

now click on current version

now click on policies

now click on  system

now in right hand see
legalnoticecaption

now  right click on it and modify it

and write any message which you want

now continue to right-click on legalnoticetext and choose Modify

now close the regedit window and log off or restart the computer to see the result.
