How to change windows 7 start button

Hi friend
how are you?
i am again with a new trick to change windows 7 start button with any image which is made by you or you can download it from here 
and extract it on desktop
or you can find it in google too
and you should have resource hacker software too which you can download from here
its just a 700 kb software
now install it and open it
now go open explorer.exe from windows folder
windows folder you will get in your os drive like c drive

 now click on (-) sign before bitmap than 6801 than click on 1033
now you will see your default start button image if you never changed it before otherwise you will see a custom image like here
(i have changed it before so in below pic it will show my custom start button which is currently used in my system)

 

now click on 1033 and click action than replace bitmap 

now click on open file with new bitmap
than select that bmp file which you have downloaded and than click open
(i am using my own bmp which is made by me )

now you will see a window in which your new bmp will be show in left hand and older bmp will show in above replace button
now click replace button

now you will see your bmp in 1033

now do it same process with 6805 and 6809 as you have done in 6801
change the bmp with your own downloaded bmp like above

and than click on file and than save as

now save it on desktop with name explorer.exe

now go to c:\windows\
and right click on explorer.exe (its default explorer.exe file which has old start button)
and click on properties

now click on security than a user or administrator than advanced than ok

than select a user from which you are log in
than click edit than ok

than give the full control permission to that user

 

now click ok in windows  you is opend and now go to c:\windows\ and rename the explorer.exe with old.exe

now cut your explorer.exe which is modified by you with resource hacker tool and paste it in c:\windows
and than restart your system
now you will see like it

you have done.....
