How to put your own image as a folder icon

Hi Friends..
i am again with a nice tutorial
in this tutorial i will teach you to make your own icon file and place it in any folder
example-

so for it you should have your a png image
png image is form of image where the image background is transparent
you can make it via photoshop or if you want to put any image in jpg format you can also put it
now go to here
and browse the image which you want to convert it in ico file
now download the converted ico file for windows platform
now select any folder in which you want to put your image and right click on it than properties

now click on customise than change icon

now click on browse

now select that icon file and than open

than select your icon and than ok

now apply it and refresh the desktop
now you will see like this -
